The company is led by Sam Neustein, President, whose career spans more than 25 years in U.S. manufacturing and supplying major retailers. His operational experience across sourcing, production, and distribution established the foundation and standards that guide our organization today.

Working alongside him, Mayer Neustein, CEO, grew up immersed in the business — learning every layer of manufacturing from blending and packaging to cost structuring, compliance, and retail positioning. Mayer leads the company’s strategic direction, partnerships, innovation initiatives, and brand ecosystem development, helping drive expansion into new product categories, channels, and markets.

Together, Aromasong blends proven manufacturing discipline with a modern, flexible approach designed to support both emerging brands and established partners.

Today we manufacture mineral-based wellness, personal care, home, and functional products using ingredients such as Dead Sea minerals, plant-based actives, and essential oils. Our capabilities extend beyond production — supporting formulation development, packaging solutions, compliance navigation, margin optimization, and scale planning.
